These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of adelphosresources.com, thematthewparadigm.com, and associated websites owned and operated by Adelphos Resources (collectively the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Adelphos Resources Corp. (also called “Adelphos Resources”). This Site includes the functions of an e-commerce website.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you are not granted authority to use or access the Site or Adelphos Resources Material.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Adelphos Resources Corp. and the Site’s creators. This includes but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

• Access or use the Site when required payment has not been made and received; or 2
• Any behavior that the website administrators may regard as inappropriate or offensive.
If we believe you are using our Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our Site.

When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:
1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
2. All personal information you provide through your account is up-to-date, accurate, and truthful, and you will update your personal information if it changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
Sale of Goods And Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site. The following goods and services are available on our Site:
• Educational and personal growth resources; and
• Books, study guides, courses, digital resources, and other products and services.
The goods and services will be paid for in full when those goods and services are ordered.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services displayed on our Site when you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. Therefore, you agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the 3 amount you paid. You agree that you are responsible for monitoring your payment processing platform or payment instrument (such as your credit card, Stripe, or PayPal) to verify receipt of any refund.
Third-Party Goods and Services
Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. However, we cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.
Subscriptions
Your subscription automatically renews, and you will be automatically billed until we receive a notification that you have canceled your subscription.
To cancel your subscription, you must cancel that annual subscription fee with your payment processing platform, such as Stripe, PayPal, or your credit card provider.
Free Trial
We offer the following free trial of our goods and services: Free access is provided to several unlocked lessons for the Matthew Paradigm, together with their related outlines and notes. In addition, Adelphos Resources may offer other free trials from time to time for other products and services.
At the end of your free trial, the following will occur: You are invited to purchase full access by paying the initial payment, which includes the first year’s access. If there is an annual subscription for a product or a service of Adelphos Resources, you will be automatically billed our annual subscription rate on each anniversary after the initial payment. If you do not want to be billed, you must cancel your subscription before the next anniversary date.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
• Credit Card.
We anticipate adding PayPal in due course. When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use and access to the payment processing platform or payment instrument you chose. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment processing 4 platform or payment instrument. If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods or services from our Site, the goods or services will be delivered electronically.
Currently, we do not provide delivery or shipping for physical products.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate electronic or other mutually acceptable delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or person due to you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Business Practice and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia) or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. Therefore, we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service linked to our Site. You are responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing to these third-party websites' terms and conditions and privacy policies before using them
Limitation of Liability
Adelphos Resources Corp. and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees from your use of this or any third-party Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site, you indemnify and hold harmless Adelphos 5 Resources Corp. and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including full legal fees and disbursements arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Additional Terms
On each anniversary after your initial payment for the Matthew Paradigm, you will be charged $47 USD, or such other amount of which you are informed and agree.
• The license for each purchase of the Matthew Paradigm is limited to the purchaser (disciple-maker) and up to five disciples/students. At present, $10 USD is payable for each additional disciple/student for each year or part thereof calculated from the initial payment date. This amount per disciple/student may change, as determined by Adelphos Resources.
• The rights granted under these Terms and Conditions are granted to you only.
• If you are an organization, a purchase allows one individual within your organization to exercise the rights granted by these Terms and Conditions. If multiple individuals within your organization require access as a disciple-maker or principal user, there must be a purchase for each individual. The appointed individual may not be changed.
• Licenses granted are subject to these Terms and Conditions and are non-exclusive, nontransferable, and revocable.
• This agreement cannot be assigned without the prior written consent of Adelphos Resources. Such consent is at the unfettered discretion of Adelphos Resources.
• To the maximum extent allowable under applicable law, except as explicitly identified in these Terms and Conditions, you agree not to publish, re-publish, lend, license, give away, look at the software source code, modify the software source code, post to an 6 Internet website, or use in an automated system any Adelphos Resources Material nor will you utilize Adelphos Resources Material in any way for the creation of an automated system or website, nor will nor allow or assist a third party to do so; and
• Adelphos Resources retains the right to prohibit organizations, groups, individuals, or yourself from using its websites or Adelphos Resources Material or Adelphos Resources Services at its discretion.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal, and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid
Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to how we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
